Coaches look at age, current skill level, goals, confidence, and the situations that show up most often in games.
For players who need better footwork, cleaner reads, and more confidence on defense, BBT delivers instruction that helps the game slow down and performance speed up.
Our infield and outfield lessons help athletes become more dependable defenders. Players learn how to move with purpose, react faster, and make better decisions so they can play with more confidence when the ball is hit their way.
Each lesson is designed to give families more clarity, not just more swings, throws, or drills.

Training breaks the skill into clear, repeatable pieces so the athlete knows what to feel and what to fix.
Players work through reps that connect mechanics, decisions, timing, and pressure instead of staying stuck in drills.
Families leave with a better sense of whether the next step is another lesson, academy training, or team development.
